ummm... im not sure If im in the right forum... I want to do the "Treadmill Treckie" Challenge... I use the thing all the time, and do roughly 30-40min a day, 6 days a week..... How do I go about working this challenge... or what Forum do I start in... sorry... im not here too often... thanks for the help!

HELP PLEASE I am lost ......Could someone send me note and let me know if Iam in the right place for posting my treadmill min ? I think I joined , but I can't find me LOL and do we keep posting on the same spot every time or look for a new date each time Thank you ...Crunchie
we use the same topic every month to post how we are doing. if you change your treadmill icon using the code for this months topic you can click your treadmill to get here. the instuctions and code are in the first post of each months topic. right now you have FEBin yours. all you have to do is edit the number to 346684 in the string to match tis topic in your user CP edit siggy part.

I think I am going to pledge around 450 minutes for the remainder of this month. This will not interfer with my recovery time after surgery.
2BIG4MySize: Forgive me, but I don't understand what you mean by "grab the icon from the post on the 1st page". I went there and clicked on the treadmill icon--but I didn't know what to do.
