    Not quite as sore today, but yesterday still managed 30 crunches plus dug a bucket of weeds from the back and 6 rotting landscape timbers (some with tie rods&/or stakes still attached) from the front yard. New muscles are coming in handy !!! Will be making up reps today.

    but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

                                Good job Stazia! I might be taking a sick day from exercise, my throat is so sore I can hardly swallow, and I basically feel like pooh! Good thing I've been doing extra!
