    200....yes, I said 200, for me doing the ab rollar machine. WOo hoo!

    How? I was alone and had the radio to myself...lol..I changed it to my station until Tank man came in and turned it down. Atleast I got to get my He-Man abbies done. Woo hoo!

            2 Ab Chal's; 6WEC#27 slug-Free; & more; 50# LOST in'06-
            but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

            .................OMG how did I fail AGAIN

                    Since I'm coming into this late, and just starting out, I'm going to commit to 40 crunches a day through April (12 days, 40 a day, 480 total), and see where that takes me next month!
