    Right, catch up time.

    Monday evening = 200 crunches

    Tuesday so far = 205 crunches.

    I am taking one of my colleagues at work under my wing and acting as her personal trainer. We are going out for a run tomorrow night. (only 3 miles, but its a start) and today and tomorrow we have the office to ourself, so every hour, on the hour we are both doing stomach crunches. How ever many she manages, I am pledging to double the amount. Hence the reason I have done 205 already today!

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      Okay, count me in for another 80 last night!!
      149.8/no weigh/ 119



      1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
      what the rungs mean to me:
      rung 1 - more veggies
      rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
      rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
      rung 4 - berries, melon
      rung 5 - wine -
      rung 6 - beans, hummus
      rung 7 - other fruits
      rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
      rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
      Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
      (on to pre-maintenance)

                        60 situps for Tuesday
                        520/1500 completed for April

                        I have a stomach ache also. Hmmm, can't decide if it is the situps or that I have been having aspartame. This has been going on for a month. Today, I cut out the aspartame and so far I'm feeling better. Time will tell.
