    I think the ball is perfect, it's my muscles that need help, lol. The ball is inflated just enough so I'm straight out when it's under my knees, some cushion, but not enough to sink down, so I still have to work those core muscles hard to stay on it!

      I'm in again. I will make my goal 40 a day so that is 1200.

                  Week 1 (6/21-6/27)
                  1. Drink at least 1 gallon plain water daily
                  2. Try at least 3 new recipes (this will be tough-I always prepare things the same-this will encourage me to try things differently and include foods that are different for me)
                  3. Try at least 5 new foods on acceptable foods list (this will also be tough being that I only have a set food list of about 10 things I eat)
                  4. Begin exercising by walking everyday.
                  5. Take a before picture of myself

                    heidi, i am so glad that you joined up with us but i am getting confused on how many pushups you are shooting for. this post says 450 and the next entry says 15/400 and now i see 45/350. you can change if you like but i am getting terribly confused!

                        it gets easier, love, i promise! if it's way to hard try moving the ball towards the upper body a little. the further down the legs you go the harder. but, don't make it too easy on yourself! no challenge in that!

                              Can I get in on the action? I know it's April 4th, but I would love to do this. I'll commit to 20 per day, for 520 for the month (26 days instead of 30). I guess this means I have to go home and blow up my new stability ball, huh?!
