Re: APRIL Stability Ball Push Up Challenge---SIGN UP AND REPORTING THREAD
I did do 10 more last night, but could only pop out 10 this morning. Between my shoulder blades is getting really tight and painful - does anyone have a good sretch for that?

good for you, stacy, cranking out 10 more! maybe later on tonight you'll be able to get in a few.
i am working on an answer for you. try this:
ACE suggests the following simple yet effective stretches on the ball:
Back Extension – Start in a seated position with your fingertips supporting the back of your head both your elbows out. Walk your feet out until your upper back is lying on the ball while continuing to support your head and back. For a more intense stretch, lengthen your arms overhead and straighten your legs – breathe deeply and hold the stretch.

I keep forgetting to report in, but since last I posted on 15th I have done another 35, making 110/150
I also went to investigate a new womens workout gym that has opened up nearby, and did a workout on several different machines. I have a free week ot see if I want to join.
Now I have to work out with DH if we can afford to pay for me to join AND if I am likely to manage to attend enough times so as not to waste the subscription! (about £400 for the whole year or £50 per month) or to see if we can find a space to have my own equipment at home for the same money.
I feel guilty already that he bought me a handbuilt bike last year which I have only ridden a few times
