                I'd like to join! I've been getting more into step classes thru the week, but there are some days I will get on the treadmill. So, my goal is 300 minutes this month.

                Starting 4/6 ... 0/300

                5'9" - HW227/197/193/165
                Goal #1: Cardio at least 4 times a week

                  I did my HIIT and my cardio treadmilling this week so far so I have 355 min donne so far.

                    I'm here! As you can see, I've posted my new goal and have already gotten started. Thanks for missing me. It's motivating to be a part of this!

                    I did 30 minutes Saturday, the first, and 45 minutes Monday and Thursday.

                        I had to cut it a bit short tonight because my knee is starting to hurt. It may be because I've been trying to run a bit. So, I'm adding 35 minutes tonight instead of my usual 45.

                          I've done 30 mins this week on the treadmill...but I'm adding swimming and weight training too. But...I'll have a goal of 500 minutes this month any hoo.
