Sheesh... I have had the hardest time trying to log on for the past couple of days....
I've been treadin' after my aerobics classes ... down 80 -- 220 minutes to go! LOL
5'9" - HW227/197/193/165 Goal #1: Cardio at least 4 times a week
I did 30 minutes today. It's the first time I've been on the treadmill in a week! My dedication is flagging. My weight is up and it's so doggone discouraging.
