          I was supposed to start yesterday but ended up getting the stomache flu from one of my boys which didn't end until this morning so hopefully tomorrow I will start..

                  Did my 30 last night and night before....and tonight. So I am still on track.

                  Uh, what do you do to keep from dying of bordom? I can't hear the TV my TM is so loud. Been looking at clothing catalogs daydreaming of the day I can order a size 8 - But that's getting old too. <g>

                    try changing the speed every couple of min rev it up really fast for a min and then back to your normal speed and recover or you can pop up the incline if you have a power incline for a min and really get a workout trying not to slide off the back.

                    those should keep you from getting too bored.

                        Got another 30 in today. Thanks for the advice. As soon as I feel like I am not going to have a heart attack <g> I'll start speeding up and moving the incline. Thanks for the tip! ~Deb

                              This sounds just like what I need. My treadmill is right next to my bed and all i do is walk past it and not on it.

                              I'm going to start tomorrow, so can I pledge to do 100 minutes for the remainder of this month.

                              How are you all doing so far?
