Of course I'll join again, of it wasnt for this challenges i'd not have done any excersise... and not lost half an inch on each arm

Now... i am going to sign up for 10 a day... only weekdays (i realized that it's too much hassle for me to do this on weekends, with my bf laughing at how cute i look... and my so filled up agenda )

Now that isa goal of... 210 for Sept !

I'll commit to a goal of 720 for the month. I'd do more, but I'm doing lots of other excercises as well

Re: September Stability Ball Push Up Challenge - Sign up and Reporting Thread

The best thing about this challenge, Saty provided pictures of "how to". LOL. I'm such a visual person.

Okay, so as long as I'm doing my goal of 2 miles a day as fast as I can and doing cruchers to get a six-pack of abs to keep the guys/gals company in that challenge, I might as well throw in some arms stuff that I can actually do. It will mean I have to blow up my rubber ball and use it; currently deflated and packed in the closet.

                  So...let's see...how many push-ups do I do??? Hmm...let me think a minute...

I like the idea of doing 10 a day...no need to over exhert myself and go wild. So...

                  Saty...put me down for doing 10 a day/200 for September (that's 50 a week)...that way there's always room for improvement.

Oye...here I go. Getting all committed again.

                    good to see you lisa!
boxer, it's good to have you back in the group

i have to join the challenge because i know i will slack even worse if i don't.

for september i'll commit to 250 again. i am attempting to move the ball lower so they are harder. this kills my arms but i swear i see curves in them that i haven't seen in decades!

Re: September Stability Ball Push Up Challenge - Sign up and Reporting Thread

Jimmie 48 saw my arm workout post and knew I'd be an excellent candidate for this, since I'm so familiar with pain.

Since I have never done this excercise, I'm going to start my commitment with 10 a day, 5 days a week, ...I think andelien figured that totals 210 for September. I may do more after I get the hang of it. I like how this excercise works so many different muscles!

Okay, well thanks for the personal invite Jimmie! This will be my first Atkins Challenge ever. I think they will be an easy addiction. Good luck all!!!!!

(does anyone besides me lay in bed at night and think "By Christmas I'll look like this, by Valentine's - or birthday - or ... I'll lose this much?" Well last night I was thinking, "By Christmas I'll be doing 25 push ups on my toes on that dumb ball. ) Yes, I admit it - I've lost it! See what you guys have done to me?!?
