Ok, I'm in....I am finishing up the Sept. challenge, and I did not make it at all. Now, I exercised 6 days a week, but because we started hiking, I had to back the bike off to 6 miles, 3 days a week...my fitness level was not as high as my desires...So it looks like I really blew it..But we have been hiking woods, and biking new paths, and until i get all the fatigue out of my legs, I can't afford burn out or injury... I did 180 miles the first month, but I started to shift my exercise around and tried many different things instead of just racking up milage on the bike...
I took a good friend out on the mulberry loop and we did 4.4 mi on the bikes today, it was great...then I just dropped by and did another loop...2.2mi
So, I am going for 100 miles in Oct.

Ok here I go joining my first challenge since my restart... I will do 60 miles in October




...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
