    October has just flown by and I must say that I have really felt a difference by exercising regularly instead of off and on like I was. Thanks everyone for joining together and helping us all through a successful month!

    I look forward to seeing you in the November challenge! Maybe we'll even be a size smaller for the holiday?

    Today I got a new WATP DVD. This one is called "Walk Strong". It is part of Leslie's weight loss series. Anyone ever tried this one?

      Hey, Kat. Just checking in on you video nuts. You're all doing great! I'm looking forward to November.

      I think the really cool thing about video workouts is that it's harder to find an excuse not to do it.

        Still going strong here! Yay.
        I agree with Adena, very hard to make excuses when you have a DVD. Especially one that you enjoy.

          Hey All!

          I've been out of town all weekend and yesterday. I did get 2 more videos in on Saturday morning before we left! I did Turbo Jam 20 min workout and then Turbo Jam Ab Jam! I went on a 3 hour hike on Sunday and oh boy am I still feeling it. Hopefully I'll get some in tonight!!

            I'm here a little late this morning 'cause after Matt left for work I came in here (computer room) and took a little nap on the futon. I was so tired this morning, but am feeling perkier now.

                You ready to start November's challenge? When are you going to post a thread for people to sign up for it? If possible, when you post one, would you post the link to it in here so we can subscribe to it and be ready to start with you for November. Thanks!!

                Yes, with workout tapes you can workout in the privacy of your own home and not worry if anyone can see you or not. That's what I like the best. You can relax and just do it.

                BTW, have you noticed a difference in your clothes since you started working out (w/the walk/jog DVD)?

                    I have not noticed a difference yet. Actually today things feel tight, I don't know what it up with that. Today sure wasn't the day to have my clothes feel tight. Woke up to see that we skipped fall weather and went straight to winter. GRRRR! Had to pull out a sweater that feels bulky to add to my tight jeans. So today has not been too great!

                      Well, Erin, that tightness can be a good thing...I've read somewhere that your cells fill up right before a whooshie! So, a thinner feeling may be right around the corner!! Woo Hoo! Maybe that will help the grumpy bear go hibernate and the little happy bear come out.
