How about a Buckle Down and Get Serious 3 Month Challenge?
I considered myself serious until I reviewed the menu and discovered the 'extras' I was giving myself as I wanted to find out why I was stalling.
I was 'allowing' myself Diet Cherry Pepsi or Diet Vanilla Pepsi since November when I had my last son. I was 'allowing' myself iced tea sweetened with splenda. I was 'allowing' myself not to exercise one day if I was tired. I truly didn't even realize it until I hit 190 and started to stay there. Oh, I'd bobble to 188 then come back up. I wanted to find out why. SO, I charted my entire intake. I had been charting my food in Fitday, but not my beverages.
It's the beginning of October and I want weight loss to be a non issue for me by January 1st. I want to be into maintenence by then.
Is anyone else interested in being accountable? Log DAILY exercise, food, water, concerns? I am interested in a TOTAL NO CHEAT Challenge. Last night I popped a part of a tuna melt in my mouth without even thinking as it was a leftover. I WANT to not do that. I need to change all my habits.
I also want to extend this into my daily life. I want to have a goal for each day of items that I want to get completed. Whether it is put away all the laundry or scrub the floors. I'm hoping to retrain my brain in 3 months. I've read that it takes 3 months to retrain your brain and that's what I want to do.

But for lunch I had a salad with oil and vinegar. Snack was 3 strips of beef jerkey. Dinner was a piece of pork roast and another small salad.
They're SOOO cute!!!
