    Great steady progress, qbu and Tam. I agree, Tam -- it's fun to see the numbers climb. My own and others. As for helping to run this thing (I consider Kat my unofficial co-hostess), it has accounted for at least half my workouts so far that I know I would have skipped otherwise. So believe me, the pleasure (or maybe, the pain?) is all mine. You guys are so motivating -- your enthusiasm is among the best I've seen in these challenges. I love it!

    Wow, Val... you WERE the energizer bunny! That's awesome!! Send some of that energy this way, would ya?

      Love what is going on in this thread! Look how great y'all are doing!!!
      I did WATP 2 mile brisk walk today. I feel like I'm putting more umph into my workouts now. Cool!

            Good for you, Tryin -- 2 more down! We are making great progress, ladies! When everyone else is going back for Thanksgiving seconds, we'll be bikini-bustin, slim and limbering, or power-walking!

                Mix It Up from the Slim Series...OMG!!! I thought Turbo Jam Cardio Party was rough...this is...WOW! My arms and legs are both shaking like Jell-O.

                I'm doing the rotation that was used in the Vidiot's challenge a while ago. I didn't use the Slim Series last time, I just did the Slim in 6 videos...this time I'm doing all of the videos on the rotation and see what happens.

                  Hi everyone! Thanks so much for starting this challenge! This should be AWESOME for helping to keep me motivated!! Because I'm trying to lose as much weight as I possibly can as fast as I (safely) can, I'm going to challenge myself to do at least one exercise video/DVD every single day starting today, Nov. 8th-Nov. 30th. So...that will be 23 exercise video workouts for the month of November. I will be reporting here to tell you all what I did for my workout(s) each day.

                      Welcome, soon2b! So glad you're joining us "video nuts"! And a video a day is great -- we look forward to hearing about your progress.

                      Tam, good for you for getting it all in yesterday, despite a tough day. I hope today is better for you.

                      Qbu, I'll be interested to learn what you think about doing the rotation -- if it makes a difference. Congrats on tackling Mix it Up!

                      I did WATP Firm off Weight (Segment 1) last night. (And then I ran/walked outside this morning. Only a mile, but I ran 1/4 mile straight, which is a first for me!)

                      I've decided really need to start ramping up my outside walking/running to get myself ready for this (half) marathon in a few months, so I'm going to start doing mostly firming/toning videos, and focus most of my aerobic activity on walking/running outside (interspersed with occasional WATP workouts).

                          Turbo Jam-Cardio Party I tonight...wow...still a tough one. Plus, I'm so sore from Mix It Up yesterday...but did the workout. Also did Slim and Limber to try to work out some of the soreness.

                          I'm hoping I see a big change by doing the rotation of workouts. I know they're not low impact so I'm burning a lot.

                            I brought some work home I have to do as soon as we get these kids to bed (had company, so we are behind schedule), so I'll probably skip the video tonight. But, will walk/run my mile tomorrow morning.

                                Yay, Saty!! I definitely can tell the difference between when I'm sorta half doing it vs. full of energy. Makes a big difference!

                                I took the day off yesterday, but plan to do two more before the weekend is up.
