Adena, thanks for the welcome. I am going to start with my slim in 6, six pack abs, in the am's and do The Firm at night. At this point, things have been so challenging for me, I'm hoping that the exercise will motivate me not to cheat. I feel like I gain and lose the same 20 pounds over and over. This will be very helpful.

Great, Lj. So glad you are joining us! One thing that helps make these challenges successful is by commiting to a certain number. Do you want to set a goal for yourself for number of videos you plan to complete. Sounds like two per day, but I know 60 would be quite a challenge. Maybe something a little less to give yourself a buffer... even 30 a month... one per day... would be a great accomplishment! Just let me know.
I wanted to check in and let you know that I've taken today as my rest day. I started with a scratchy/sore throat this morning and then added killer headache all day long so I think I'll take one of my rest days now and do my workout on one of my weekend days.
I chose Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease (low impact) my first one today so I'm 1/30! Haven't done this one in a while...forgot just how much you need to do for it being low impact!

Got my first workout in tonight!!! I did Turbo Jams Lower Body Workout, which is 30 minutes of nothing but PAIN!!

CathyJoBob - I love the count!! He's my two year old's favorite. I had to teach her not to put a "mwah ha ha" after every number cause she though that was how you were suppose to count!!
That's 1/20 for me!! Lots of videos to get under my belt!!
