    Tam, you can report in as you see fit. It makes it more fun, though, if you report daily...it encourages everyone else to see your progress too!

    BTW, is your goal to do 300 video workouts, minutes or miles? I wasn't sure.

      Hey there, guys. Tryin, CathyJo, LadyHawke, Saty and qbu -- way to go!! I've been traveling since 6 a.m. (got up at 3 a.m.!), and just got home, so today will also be a "rest day" for me (though it sure didn't feel like it... lol). But, I will be up and at 'em tomorrow morning with WATP.

      Kat, sorry to hear you are feeling a little under the weather. Feel better soon.

      To answer your question to Lady Hawke, she and I talked about how best to count her videos. She does 10 (count 'em 10!) half mile segments a day of her WATP series everyday. So, since she turns on her TV 10 different times, it's 10 different workout sessions. (I told her I have trouble motivating myself to do it even once a day... so it's only fair that she get credit for doing it 10 times!)

      And yes, I'm with Kat. Let's report daily... help keeps the fire going!

      Okay, I'm beat. A quick post in my journal and then I'm off to a hot bath and bed. Gotta get up early to exercise...

          2 of my WATP videos arrived today....SEE YA Ronya the bellydancing intermediate gut buster! LOL...This is going to be fun, I can tell (Did I just say that? WEEEEIIIIRRRDD...Kat is rubbing off on me...)

                      WOW! Look how great everyone is doing. I like being able to see all of the different dvd's people are using. That way we can see what is working for others when we are ready for a change.
                      Welcome back Barbde, I also hope you can stay with us this month.

                      I did WATP Walk and Jog this morning.

                      (Yes Kat, I did way more exercise in Oct. than in Sept.!!!!!! )

                        Thanks Kat...not the easiest think for me, but ValidRouge is giving me some very good advice about it.

                        I WAS a whole new me at the beginning of this year too! New job, new house, going back to college, highest weight ever...lol...

                        I suppose you can just call me the change lady!

                            2! 2! Exercise videos! Ha ha ha ha!



                            I did it! WATP 1 mile...I was very pleased with the pace and I sweat pretty well...the only complaint that I have is that I didn't know that I needed a "stretchy band"...I think they have them at wallymart...have to go look.

                            But I did 20 extra pushups today on my stability ball to make up for it.

                            (I don't recognize myself lately...lol)

                            The overall tone of the video was very motivtional...and I really like that Leslie explains things sloooowly the first time! Thank god! I tried doing Billy Blanks tybo and he just wizzes through the explanation and I end up getting all tangled up, falling over on the floor in a big frustrated mess and quitting!
                            LOL..

                            This was way better! Thanks for the suggestion guys!

                              WOWIE -- you guys are so active (exercising AND posting) I can't keep up....! That's awesome!

                              CathyJo, WHOO-HOO on being smoke free for 3 days. You're through the hardest part, right? (Yeah, right, you say... lol). That is AWESOME! Keep it up! And I'm with you on the WATP videos. I really love them. They are VERY easy to follow. They are the only videos I've ever really been able to follow. And, Leslie is so encouraging. I like her -- she makes me want to keep going. One I like in particular is called "The Evening Mile plus legs." It's for those days (or nights) you feel like doing something a little lighter. But, she makes you feel good for doing it, acknowledges that it's the end of the day and you're tired, etc. Call me a sucker, but that sorta stroking works on me!

                              Barb, so glad you are joining us! Is there a total number of videos you want to set as your goal?

                              Kat, Barb, CathyJo, and Tryin -- congrats on already getting yours in today! Tryin, I really like the Walk and Jog. Great pacing and really gets my heart going. I think her videos are great about not pushing you to the point of exhaustion. She knows just when to bring it back down again, but still keeping you moving.

                              Saty, I'll be joining you tonight. Gotta get some stab. ball push-ups in, too. (I could not pull myself out of bed this morning...)
