    I need to learn how to link pictures to a post (maybe in my next life) because if I could I would find a box of kleenex for Barb. She will need them after a couple days of Debbie Siebers wailing on her with her oh so innocent dimply smile.

    I did a one mile walk with Leslie tonight and the buns and arms section of Tamilee Webb's "I want that body". I used 5 pound weights for the arms and my arms are so quivery that I can't drink my glass of water without it sloshing all over. The things we deal with when we commit to challenges. I never liked pain until I started these exercise challenges.

        The overall tone of the video was very motivtional...and I really like that Leslie explains things sloooowly the first time! Thank god! I tried doing Billy Blanks tybo and he just wizzes through the explanation and I end up getting all tangled up, falling over on the floor in a big frustrated mess and quitting!

        I'm glad you liked the video. I seem to like Leslie a little better than some of the others too. It helps when you enjoy your workout.

                      Whoo owhooo! I'm totally pumped! I did the gazelle two miles yesterdy and I did my pilates video today. It's broken down into segments - upper body and arms toning, waist slimer, sleek stretches, full body workout and something else... I usually to the arms and the waist.. today I added the stretches! I was going bold. I could do the moves, just not all the reps she wanted. But.. I made progress! Then I watched the full body workout. I was amazed! I cannot wait until *I* can do that! I see such a difference in my body losing a total of 29 pounds that another 29 and I should be doing the tougher moves LOLOL

                      I was so pumped after working out. Nothing feels better than feeling GREAT about yourself.
