    I did Urban Dance Fitness...60 mins of cardio/dancing. Lots of fun and nice for a change up!

    That's 9/20 for me now!

      Well, got up earlier today and completed Turbo Jam 20 minute. I'll do the regularly scheduled workout on the rotation later this evening, but thought I'd give this a try for a while and see how it works along with the regular evening workout.

      Time to get ready for work. I'll check in later after Tone It Up is completed.

            Speaking of, congratulations on hitting the halfway mark, Tam. That's terrific. You must feel so great. Your stick-to-it-iveness is incredible!

              Turbo Jam 20 minute completed today. Cardio Party I will be later tonight.

              I'm at 19 out of 30...just 11 more to complete my goal for the month.

                    Hi, I have a quick question, what is WATP? and also, Is there going to be a December Video challenge? i think i am too late for November, but i need a challenge around the holidays to keep me in the right mind set! Ok, thanks!

                      Hi Lisa...

                      Walk Away the Pounds is a workout video that is easy to follow but very beneficial...and I can't speak for Adena, but I'm pretty sure there will be a December video challenge...it appears to be a monthly ongoing thing...I'm sure they wouldn't mind if you joined late! Just decide how many videos you would like for the remainder of the month and get movin' that's all there is to it.

                        Thanks for Letting me know! I love the walk away the pounds videos, and do them often. I thought that is what it was, but didn't want to sound stupid. I guess i could join late... i will just figure out how many to do for the remainder of the month. I guess my goal can be to do 8 as of today, for the rest of November! Thanks for the reply!

                          I do hope there will be a challenge next month, but I don't think I'll be able to host it. I need to focus more on my milage and getting my booty in shape for this marathon (half) in March. But, of course, I will participate.

                          CathyJo.... are you game to host? Please, please, pretty-please?? Or anyone else interested....?

                                Thanks, Cathy Jo. I'm excited about the marathon. It's time to really bump up the training and start getting more milage in.

                                Good for you, qbu. You'll be at goal in no time.

                                I did 2 segments on my 10 minute solutions stability ball workout DVD today. So, chalk up one more for me.
