Hello all!
This is a challenge...designed for those of us who are finding it difficult to really "get going"...

Background: I was one of the abovementioned people and two good friends...Outback Jess and Julirama...decided to motivate me that the three of us would do a certain number of exercise miles per day...over the course of three weeks (21 days)...in order to "meet in the middle" of where the three of us are from...we discovered this was Iowa...walking 1000 miles in 3 weeks obviously wasn't feesible, so we agreed on 15 miles.
Goal: The goal is to do 15 miles of exercise...on a bike, elliptical trainer, rower, treadmill...pick your poison (but you must stick with this device!)...in the span of three weeks... the 15 miles only count for this challenge...and can not be added to any other challenge you are doing on the board...
...the other people in the challenge will be working out dilligently...just like you...in order to obtain this goal...each person here will serve as inspiration and motivation to their fellow challengers...and post atleast a short message declaring their mileage as it is completed.
...This is an opportunity for you to be an inspiration to another person that may be having trouble getting off the couch...won't you join us?
