Dont forget to keep your tums pulled in when exercising!!!
I remember one trainer explaining to us that you must keep your stomach pulled in just as if someone had attached a piece of string to your belly button and they were pulling it out of your back!! I always think of this now when doing my ab work - and it really helps!! hehe!
I did my 100 last night!!
