It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

I've got to stick to it, as I'm going on a Hen Weekend in April to Spain - with 16 others - who are all skinny!!! lol So its "operation bikini" for me! hehe
I may give you all a clue as to the prize next week too!!
