              I will join this too! But since I am very new I will start with a very small chicken commitment of just 200 for the test of the month. Today I did the first 20.

                  50 for Sunday. BTW is anyone noticing changes in size? I can feel the muscle in my stomach but since there still seems to be fat on top of it, it seems bigger, Of course I didn't mease but I wondered if someone else had. If so or if you have any insight to offer, please post, I would appreciate it.

                  Help me.

                    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




                    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

                      Mendo, are you sucking in your abs when doing your crunches? You will get far more benefit if you do it like that.

                      One of the main reasons for crunches is that they "train" your tummy muscles to be held in. So by sucking the abs in whilst doing it you get better results.

                      Unfortunately, it is impossible to "spot train". YOu cant just work your abs alone to reduce the amount of fat on the tummy area. That comes from cardio and regular excercise, but you can strengthen your muscles.

                        100 for Monday!!!

                        580 sit ups/840 for January

                        I'm not losing much weight even tho i'm on induction, but i notice that my clothes fit better and my abs seem tighter and the bulge seems to smaller, also my waist is definately smaller - proably from the excercising.

                          I have managed to whittle 9.5 inches off of my waist so far! yes, there's still some padding but it also feels great to walk taller and feel stronger around the middle too (I'm addicted to abs lol)

                            hi all

                            I've been sick over the weekend so not managed to do any abs work!!! Looks like I'll be aching for a week after my double doses of abs!!! lol

                            I found that I never lost weight, but my figure totally changed shape when I did the my first 6 week exercise challenge.

                            I think if you measure along side of weighing you should be able to see a difference on one of them.

                            Keep up the good work everyone!! Remember crunches make prizes!!! hehe
