100 for me yesterday - I need to make up 200 since I've been sick for a couple of days!!! I can feel my poor tummy aching just thinking about more crunches!!! hehe!!

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
