    Good morning!

    Hope everyone's having a great Monday, cyber hugs (because it's less contagious..he he he) to everyone who's ill...and for the sick kids! ugh! Sure hope the sun shines on you all today!

    I'm avoiding Debbie, and no, I don't miss her. Not after last weeks episodes. Ugh! I tried BIU and just about D.I.E.D. from panting. Yep, back down to RIP instead. We did a lot of walking this weekend up in the mountains for a winter festiville, and I found out that I had a lot of extra energy up at over 5,500 feet elevation. Nice!

    This morning I met with Charlene and a 20 minute Turbo Jam with head phones on for a little break from Debbie and a change in routine. I think I'll meet Debbie tomorrow. I burned 197 calories in 20 minutes...I'm guessing that's good; better than just laying around until the girls got up out of bed.

    Okay, off to do some serious school work. Yeah, right. lol..

      Okay - I think that I'm ready to go to BIU...maybe... when do you decide that you're ready? For the most part (except for those butt crunchers), I can keep up with her... is it time, do ya think? I'm still modifying the workouts for the arm - can't do the push ups for another three weeks (no weights more than a can of soda, I have been told... and I am quite certain that I weigh a bit more than a can of diet coke!!) I'll have to continue modifying the new routine, as well.

      Goal 1 - under 200 - met 10/19/2009
      Goal 2 - 190 - met 10/25/2009
      Goal 3 - 180
      Goal 4 - 170
      Goal 5 - 160
      Goal 6 - 150
      Goal 7 - 140
      Goal 8 - 135
      Goal - To zip up current pants without sucking it in-10/25/09
      Goal - To need a belt/roll waistband of current pants
      Goal - To wear the next size down - 11/13/09
      Goal - To wear the next size down - without a muffin top!! 11/18/09
      Goal - To wear 'those' jeans (ya know - the ones in the back of the closet, hidden under a winter coat)
      Day 13 - wine free/ cheat free

        This is what Lisa told me in the beginning how to do it, but I guess if you feel up to going into BIU already I'd say go for it and give it a try, I mean, you can always go back to RIU if it doesn't feel right after all.
        I am totally amazed by your progress though, good for you !!!!

        I just finished doing BIU, then instead of the abs in that one I went into 6pack and then did limber, so a nice one for today, again this time without grunting, snorting or cursing (it can be done biogeek )
        I just can't do those darn lunges though, I hate them with a passion , but keep on trying !
        So I got 4 weeks done, tomorrow my resting day and then into the 5th week, woooohoooooooo.

            BIU completed on computer in my hotel room. Had to modify a bit to avolid toppling the furniture, but not too bad overall. Feels good to work out on the road and burn off the airplane sluggishness and restaurant food.

              Coco, I know what you mean about those @ss-crampers...they're killing me, but I know they're helping me. ARGH!!!

              Soliwit, you may not be grunting, snorting, nor cursing at the Pixie, so I'll do it twice as much because I know, deep down inside, you REALLY want to! LOL You're just too nice to yell at someone on TV. hee hee!!!

                    So I had my day off and preparing to do today's workout, BIU, followed by 6pack and limber, so here we go, week 5!!!!

                        Did the BIU today (computer went on the fritz last night). Wow. I had to take a break about midway through to get some water (and...okay... to ease the burning in my tush), but I feel great now! yeah, I'm really sore, but it's a good sore, you know?

                        Can't wait to be tortured again tomorrow....

                          Great job, coco!!! Burn is a really tough workout, but it is soooo good! Yeah, I complain and curse at the Pixie, but it's all in stride. She means well.

                            SI6 slug reporting in....TOM has brought cramps and meanness. Just ask my DH...he'll tell ya all about the wonderful attitude I have this week. I tell him it's just a matter of me finally getting tired of being nice all the time about things and finally speak my mind one week out of the month. Okay, so PMS gets ahold of my tail and I fight back...anyways...

                            My body is not cooperating for me to do anything past walking and stretching this week. So, Debbie the squat pixie, we'll have to meet later on.

                              another one down, woohooo, todays was BIU and 6pack, bummed out on the stretching cause hubbie wanted to go do groceries...oh well
                              Did I mention Cocobelle that I am sooo PROUD of you doing BIU already, wow !!!!!
                              And Lisa: get yourself a hotwaterbottle and curl up and let the world do it's turning by itself, that mostly helps for me ;-)
