Ramp it Up for me today. It went surprisingly well, considering I'm getting over being sick. I'm starting to really be able to concentrate on getting the form right and squeezing my muscles for the extra burn.

BIU- And it went a bit worse than yesterday. LOL BUT..I got through it and that's that! 596 calories burned according to my HR Moniter - average heart rate throughout the whole thing was 156 - topped out at 186 today. Whewwwww!!!

Confession.....I got RIP done Sunday and then stretch and crunchers on Monday. Other than that...I've been seriously lacked in the SI6 Ramp it up department this week, BUT I've been running my miles and can almost get to a mile and a quater before feeling like I'm about to collapse off the treadmill. Nobody's home when I run, so that's not a good thing to do. But I've kicked one New Year's Resolution out the window and scratched it off my list of things to do with my purple crayon. Yeee haaaaw!!!
Anyhoo....if anything SI6 has helped me with my stamina and building up my endurance in the legs.

I have been doing my stretching and crunchers...I woke up with a charlie horse this morning about cried like a baby while my Dh rubbed it out. I knew he was good for something .

Today's torture for me was Shape it Up with the Queen of Pain. I might have to start wearing my HRM just to see how many calories I'm buring with these workouts.
I need to start menu planning for the month now because classes start this Friday & I know I'm gonna get swamped with homework again.

I did half of the first one again and I think because I knew what was coming I had to stop ..but this was after I scrubbed tiles for grouting for 2 hours so it all evens out

I had a hard time today starting up, but I did and finished without any slackers or nothing, pfew, did S&L after that (I really like those way better than the stretching in RIU)

Good job everyone! Yes, it's harder when you know what's coming. Although I find that after the lunges in RIU, I feel like it's downhill from there in difficulty. Maybe that's cause I suck at lunges though.
Speaking of which, RIU for me today, completely falling all over myself on the lunges, but made it through.
