    Ok, so Wednesday was 180min cardio, 200abs, all my water. Today was 120min cardio, 50 abs, all my water.

      Took a day off from work yesterday and did a lot of walking around town.
      Went up to our Japanese Gardens and or Rose Garden (no roses yet but still a beautiful area with great views ofthe city and Mt. Raner/Mt. St. Helens. Probably did at least an hour of walking and I counted 117 steps so about 7 flights and a bit extra.

      Also got home and did some more traditional exercise: 25 minutes treadmill, 100 crunches, dumbell work on arms/shoulders.

      Only 2 liters water though.

                  Well the weekend is nearly over. I've been pretty cr*p with my exercise since I got back from Rome. Its seems that you cant take time off in my company without having to catch up and do overtime when you come back and that includes working 2day!! GRRRRR. I've got an interview 2mrw night and going out for a meal on Tuesday night so I PROMISE everyone that I will be hitting the gym on Weds night. I actually want to go! Nothing to do with this rather good looking member of staff there tho, I assure you. I need Jane to download some motivating songs for me....where are you girl!?

                  3 litres of water - Fri, Sat and Sun. I went shopping in Reading on Sat, does that count? I was on my feet alot!


                  26 yr 5'2 F
                  Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
                  On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
                  Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
                  Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.

                    I have been keeping my end of the deal with water and cardio, slackin on crunches though. I keep forgeting to post here, sorry.

                      4 liters water, 32 minutes on the treadmill using 5 pound weights and found that they really got my heart rate going. Also did 100 crunches and hiked for 30 minutes at Multnomah Falls, (very pretty year round waterfall, check it out here if you are interested) http://www.fs.fed.us/r6/columbia/mil...m2/welcome.htm

                              checking in for the week. still plugging along. not much change in the inches, but I met my 3rd weight goal!! (YAY!)
