I know that Christmas has just gone but it will be summer before we know it. We will all be wanting to wear strappy tops/shorts/t shirts/skirts and be out in the sun having fun. I know I don’t want to be covering up, knowing that 4/5 months ago I could have made a difference. Plus I’m sure some of us have got holidays booked which should spur us on even more to achieve our goals.
So here we are, the crucial 4/5 months before summer comes and 13_Jane and myself have decided to run a bikini/trunks challenge! This is a 20-week plan, which consists of:
We have also devised a sheet for you to stay on track. I’m putting pics of all the bikini’s I like from my catalogues on my sheet. Hopefully they will stop me from cheating! If you are going on holiday, maybe you could put some pics of your destination on your sheet. Another motivational idea could be to take a current pic of you in your swimwear so you have a comparison for 20 weeks time. If you wish to post this pic on this thread you are more than welcome to. Mines in my siggy but I wouldn’t mind getting a nice new one at least a size smaller for this summer!
We start the challenge on 15th Jan. People are more than welcome to sign up after this date though. So come on guys and girls. Who wants to fit into their bikini/trunks and look stunning for summer….I know I do!

- Weigh only once a week
- Measure every 5 weeks (total of 4 times during the challenge)
- 400 ab crunches every week
- 3 hours of cardio every week
- A minimum of 3 litres of water per day
