      OK, it's Wec already and I'm a late starter!
      I'm going now to do an exercise DVD and then run up and down the stairs for some serious cardio.
      If I'm not dead from the shock, I'll report back.

              finished day two of Slim in 6... will upgrade the workout tomorrow. End up with three liters of water yesterday.... one liter in so far for today.....


              Restart -10/18/2009 - 204.6 lbs (UGH!!!)

                  I got in my 3 liters of water yesterday, but no exercise. I had some unexpected company here all evening, which screwed me all up. But I'll make up for it, so I'll still meet the weekly goals by Sunday night.

                      104 crunches, 3 litres and 45 mins cardio.

                      Keep up the good work everyone! Thanks for the litres conversion to everyone who posted. I'm guessing Pres fainted after all that cardio!? Hehe

                      Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
                      On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
                      Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
                      Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.
