        thursday 1/18/07

        3 litters water/ 30 min cardio / 100 crunches /

        20 leg lifts (ouch, have to work my self up)

        today I tryed on my jeans that dident fit 2 weeks ago and they fit, Im so freakin happy!!! no more stretchy pants for me!!


        I took swim suit pics today and looked awful, I dont think I will post them until the end when I have a much better looking me to post next to them

          Tracie - I'm so proud of you for not weighing, you have done so well this week, esp when you mentioned it was going to be quite hard to give up.

          Jessica - great stuff about ur jeans! Its moments like that that make you appreciate following this WOE. Dont worry about posting the pic yet, hopefully it will spur u on to continue this challenge! When I saw my b4 pic in my siggy, I cried and asked my BF what the **** he was doing with me! Seeing the pic just made me want to lose the weight even more.


          26 yr 5'2 F
          Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
          On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
          Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
          Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.

            yeah, my pic was bad too but I try and look at it this way..... Im really horrible looking now but it will just make me look that much better and make me feel that much more proud of myself in the end when I compare fat me and healthy me.

            I cant wait to see healthy me!!!

                uhmmmmmmm.... so are you guys still accepting folks?? I know I'm like, uhh.. a week late and everything, but I had some other stuff going on so I'm just reading about this now...

                and uhhhh... is it possible to weigh 2x/week instead of once? I know I would cheat. I weigh myself twice a day. If I only do once a week, I start thinking I can eat anything 'cause I can burn it off by the time I weigh again, and then I end up 3lbs heavier in one week... it's really pathetic, I know.

                If it makes up for it, I have bikini pics! Though I'm not sure anybody would currently want to see them... and they're a few pounds ago (I think 10). uhm. yeah. well, I'm asking. I can do water and cardio and abs!! I love abs! Stability ball crunches count, right? They're my newest fixation!

                  If it were me, I would say yes to twice a week weighing ('cause that's killing me too - for almost the same reasons as you hehe - the I want to now & keep myself in check) but so far I have resisted. I'm sure Angelstar & jane will let you know

                  Any fixations are good fixations, exercise wise lol

                    Both yesterday and today, I drank over 3 liters of water, did 60 crunches and did 40 minutes of cardio (but not strong enough cardio to burn 400 calories per hour)

                      sweetgirl, I feel so retarded asking, knowing that the other girl (traci) is doing fine without weighing... but I have done this cycle over and over where me not weighing is me slipping back into old habits. I *did* go for a period of time without weighing for a week at a time, but I just maintained, didn't lose.

                      Anyway, I hope they second the thought of it being ok...

                          Lyssie, I'm just hanging on to the weekly weighing by a toenail myself hehehe!
                          I know what you mean, I remember doing the 'no weigh challenge' last October and it went for 2 weeks and each day it slowly drove me crazier and crazier lol I couldn't stop thinking about the scales because I wasn't allowed! That's always the way (or weigh) hey!
                          I like weighing each day and if the scale goes up, I don't go "dang! I better eat more anyway" - I simply think 'oh, well make sure I keep that in check' and if it goes down well yay! But if I can't weigh . . .well I shall find out soon enough

                          making me think about the scales lol! Only 2 more sleeps for me, I'll get used to it, I think!

                              Welcome Lyssie!! You are more than welcome to join at this stage.

                              With regards to the weighing situation. Obviously we would prefer if you followed the challenge however I understand that you prefer to weigh more often. Please could I ask you to try to weigh just once a week although if you choose to weigh more than this then that is your decision. I'm not going to tell you what to do! As long as you give us your weekly weigh in figures then all is fine with me.
