Yeah well, some people know that I'm a little bit fanatic about working out, and then they start thinking that I like, monitor their workouts, because I ask them about it after I see them there or whatever, so then they act like they have to justify why I didn't see them there whatever day... or people being like, yeah, I'm going, then they don't show up, then they're like, yeah, I went later... when you know they didn't, or like, someone says they wanna go, so you get all psyched to have a partner for a day, then they are like yeah, can't go 'cause I gotta go grocery shopping, and i'm kinda like, wtf... singlemom can do everything and go to the gym, why can't you? But different people have different priorities, and if working out isn't someone's priority, I'm not going to try and make it be one. I'm comfortable with mine.

Rest day for me. 3 litres of water tho.
26 yr 5'2 F Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs. On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs. Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs. Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.

Well, my exercise for saturday was 2 hours skiinig, also I did crunches in Friday (85) and Sunday (110). I drank all my water or more all days last week except Sunday - then I only did 2 litres.
I don't wanna weigh today yet because of tom and I hate seeing this gain.
