          Didnt go online yesterday!

          Fridays totals - 45 mins cardio, 3 litres of water and 100 abs.

          Great to see you up and about Tracie.

          Great to see you too Jane...watch out everyone, the Police will be after you if you haven't been keeping up with the challenge!!


          26 yr 5'2 F
          Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
          On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
          Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
          Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.

            Sorry, computer problems.

            Thurdsay : 45 mins weight training, 25 mins ab trainer 60 abs at different weight settings.

            Friday: 45 mins hiking in the forrest. 25 mins Pilates + pilates 100 abs.

            Today: Nothing, it is rest day.

                Hi all,
                I haven't been around for this at all, after signing up, apologies.
                I'm still here, am doing quite well, only 9 weeks till the Maldives.
                I only have 4 lb yto lose before I'm at my record lowest, then I'll go to try lose another stone (that's 14lb's to all non-Brits)
                Finally got the details of an affordable gym near me and I'll be joining Mon or Tue.
                Have had a rocky couple of months non-atkins wise but things should be settled now.
                So am gonna store this in my faves and check in regulary, will even get some pics taken in my shorts.

                  Well done on only having only 4lbs to lose to get to your lowest!!! I bet you could easily drop that other stone in 9 weeks - especially if you join the gym!!

                  My hubby has joined the gym with me!! He wants a james bond body for our holidays in May!! lol

                      oh, time for me to fess up...

                      ok, so have been doing this challenge, just not real good about posting. in the last 2 weeks:

                      -water - check
                      -cardio - check
                      -crunches... well, not quite as many as i should. i am doing about 40-50 per night, which is slightly less than what's required.

                      my clothes are fitting better and in some cases looser, so i know the exercise is getting the job done.

                      i promise to keep score here from now on. thanks for the reminder, jane!

                            Great to see you back Pres! Sorry to hear about ur rocky few months but great news to hear that you are 4lbs away from ur lowest weight! I'm sure you can loose another stone in 9 weeks, esp if you are joining a gym. I'm a firm believer that gyms are a great place to exercise as they are full of equipment to work out different parts of the body.

                            Lulu - dont worry about not reaching target on the abs, keeping adding an extra 5 or 10 reps a day and soon you'll be hitting 100 in no time!

                            Sat and Sun are rest days for me so just 3 litres of water for me!

                              Saturday 3 hours straight walking along the beach & 6 litres of water
