    hello all.. been a crazy week... new measurements in the signature... no new weight loss to report.... I'm still doing the Slim in 6 challenge/workout daily.... trying to keep the water intake between 3 and 4 liters (there is no way that I could even begin to match Grant with his intake!!lol)

    hope all is well with you guys...


    Restart -10/18/2009 - 204.6 lbs (UGH!!!)
    Goal 1 - under 200 - met 10/19/2009
    Goal 2 - 190 - met 10/25/2009
    Goal 3 - 180
    Goal 4 - 170
    Goal 5 - 160
    Goal 6 - 150
    Goal 7 - 140
    Goal 8 - 135
    Goal - To zip up current pants without sucking it in-10/25/09
    Goal - To need a belt/roll waistband of current pants
    Goal - To wear the next size down - 11/13/09
    Goal - To wear the next size down - without a muffin top!! 11/18/09
    Goal - To wear 'those' jeans (ya know - the ones in the back of the closet, hidden under a winter coat)
    Day 13 - wine free/ cheat free

        Miss cocobelle - wow just look at your measurements - well done!!! You'll have to buy your bikini in the childrens section you'll be that skinny come the summer!! hehe!! you are doing a great job - keep it up!!

          Angel - C'mon now, I'm not *that* stupid. I was trying to go to the Gold's Gym near my BF's house (like, at the beach, an hour from my house) because I thought it would be more fun to do yoga in the morning. But Mapquest had these horrid directions, so I was driving in circles around the place for like, half an hour... until I asked at a convenience store. :P

          So Saturday, I got my water in, got the exercise (as reported earlier), no abs...

          Sunday - got my water in, no abs, no cardio...

                  I just read about this, so I'm not guaranteeing 3 liters of water for today, but from now on... I'm going to be so dedicated to this!

                      Welcome to the newbies who have just joined.

                      Twilight - Just build up ur daily water intake gradually. You'll soon be drinking 3 litres in no time! Altho I definately cant manage as much as Grant!

                      45 mins of cardio (boring cardio ,I 4got my headphones when I went to the gym so I had to just 'watch' the tv, not listen in!), 100 sit ups and 3 litres of water 2day

                      Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
                      On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
                      Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
                      Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.

                        Checking in..this was day 1 for me.

                        Did 30 min on elliptical and so far 50 crunches. Im gonna get 50 more crunches in later tonight. Ive drank 2 liters of water so far and Im gonna save the last liter for dinner and after those extra 50 crunches.

                        It was so funny today when I was on my elliptical all I could think about was this challenge and being able to wear a swim suit (Im hoping for a tankini) at the beach this summer! It got me really motivated! Im glad I found this challenge. = )

                        Also for some reason my computer wouldnt let me download the progress sheet that jane sent, are these mandatory or are they just for us to be able to keep up with everything more easily.

                        Ill be checking in later!

                            Lol well I'm a big guy with a big thirst! You should see how much bottled water we go through, it's ridiculous. Thankfully at work we have a "water club" where you pay like $6 bucks for 6 month unlimited use of filtered water. For home I need to try to get myself used to tap water I guess, or maybe buy a filter or something.

                            Anyway, result for today 35 minutes walking/jogging on the treadmill, 150 crunches, 6 liters of water.

                              I did 30 min cardio in Monday (can-can practice, huh, what was I thinking?) and had 3.5 litres water.
