I'm late but I wanna play, too
I did take my measurements and I did 100 crunches today (uh-ah-ouch...).
    Keeping drinking, too
What should I do next? Post the measurement here or not? Sorry I didn't read all the previous posts, or I'd know already...

Tuesday - Ran for 36.75 minutes (5k!!) and then did another 30 min on the elliptical. I drank my water, but no abs (because I am a lazy bum).

Moonwish - email measurements and weight to Jane, then give her your email address and she'll give you this awesome excel spreadsheet to track yourself. Then report in here daily with what you've done, weigh each week and report that, and measure every 5 weeks...

45 minutes of cardio, 5 liters of water and 120 abs. Incidentaly, I went to the gym today and used one of their ab workout machine. It was noticably more diffucult then when I do them at home. I'm a little worried that perhaps I've been doing my crunches incorrectly. Going to have to look up the proper procedure I guess to see what I might want to change.

Wednesday - 100 crunches, 128+oz water, 45 min cardio (elliptical)... now the question... if I took a pilates class that had me sweating and wanting to kill myself for an hour, does that count as cardio since it's exercise or not since it's anaerobic?

It was ****. I got my butt kicked by a 100lb midget with a chipmunk voice. I'm totally going back. Ok, so that kinda means that it was really awesome. It's hard for me to find something that's challenging with abs, and it was really really that way, I mean like, yeah. I would recommend it to anybody.

150 abs today. I'm counting Bodypump as an hour of cardio - WW (random) says it burns 400 calories per hour. Need a lie down now. Also had 3 litres already today.

I did pilates last night and bodypump this morning... I guess I'll count like, half the bodypump as cardio!! since I plan on doing an hour spinning class this evening, and then 5k, and I think recording over 2 hours in a day in cardio is a *wee* bit psychotic... This doesn't count as my day's activity, I'll post later.

Jane - BodyPump is great. It's resistance training where you're constantly moving... squats, lunges, deadlifts, crunches, military presses, bench presses, basically a weight training workout with high repetition...

Yep, I'd definately give it a go - I have very high hope for it's toning up ability

Also, though I do weights, I could never force myself to 'feel the burn' as much as when someone is making me do it to loud music.

Also, it has quite comedy value - or maybe that's just me - but my instructor shouts 'power' quite a lot.
