    If nookie counted, I'd be doing it every night, b*gger going to the gym!!

    45 mins of cardio, 3 litres of water and 100 crunches for 2day! Keep up the good work everyone.

    26 yr 5'2 F
    Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
    On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
    Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
    Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.

      Due to a horrible cold I got this past week I have done horrible I feel bad about it and all but I will do better this week.

      I am proud of the fact that I stuck to eating right, dident indulge in chicken noodle soup or cough drops or cough syrup (which was hard, but i did it).

      weight this week: 243.0

      cardio: 1 hour
      crunches: 200
      water: 21+ litters

      This week will be better!!!

              oh I forgot to add - I got weighed this morning as I forgot yesterday - I'm down a whole pound!! hehe 164lbs!!!

              and I did 200 abs last night!!

                      mmmkay, so I weighed this morning - 198... then for yesterday I had 35min cardio, 185 stability ball crunches, and 128+oz water. I'll put today's stuff in later when I'm done with everything.
