      i have a question: are we just posting here or are we to use the link that angel posted? if so, my name is still not on that chart. so, my stats for week 1:

      -water: check
      -cardio: check (4 hours)
      -crunches: 300 for the week.

      F/38yo/5'8" ...HW: 255... CW: 255... GW: 175

        Angelstar hasnt had chance to update the website yet, but if you just post on here as and when you do your activities ie daily, I fill in an additional spreadsheet so we dont miss anything, so I'll pick all your postings up.

                Keep with it and see how your weight goes next week! Plus we've all measured ourselves, so if it is muscle it will show up on the inch loss next time we all measure.

                  I think it has to do with all the excercise changes i made this week, with joining this challenge and also just started doing walk away the lbs, i think it will level off next week. IT BETTER!! HAHA

                    Monday: 4.5litres water, 40mins cardio & 80 abs
                    stayed the same on the scale - no drama there yet hehe
                    Tracie, it will go up and down when you add more exercises, plus your muscles will initially hold onto extra water for repair. Lots of water, & I mean lots of it, helps

                        THanks sweetgirl! 3 liters of water for me today, 1 hr cardio, 150 crunches. I am gonna feel those crunches tomorrow, hubby showed me how to do them with my legs raised and wow those burned. FElt good! HAHA

                              I haven't lost any weight, and measurements are about the same, but I sure feel better. Have been exercising everyday, and eatting healthy, so I feel great!


                              I have been drinking my daily requirements of water, and doing 30 minutes of cardio every day. Will up that to an hour every day when I can start walking out doors again. (Too much snow on the ground right now.)

                              Sunday I sent sledding with my daughter and my grandchildren for a couple of hours. What a blast! I sure was sore on Monday...not used to climbing back up a steep hill that I had just soared down giggling my head off. What fun! I had heard that the best way to exercise is to play like a kid, and I believe it!

                                Well done marcela you have done brilliantly!!

                                A friend of mine was out with her children playing with kites, and she swears thats why she lost 3lbs at her slimming club!!! hehe So hopefully come next week your up hill trecks will show on the weight loss!!
