        Hi all

        Well done for everyone keeping up with everything! I'm doing pretty cr*p with this website stuff. My BF did show me before he went away how to update it but I've forgotten how to. Please accept my apologies, I'm not very technically minded when it comes to computers.

        Stats for 2 day and yesterday , both the same: 100 crunches per day, 45 mins cardio and 3 litres of water.


        26 yr 5'2 F
        Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
        On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
        Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
        Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.

          soo... 55 min cardio (20 running, 35 elliptical), uhm. 128oz water, 50 crunches (darn stability ball.. perhaps I will do more later).

                  yesterday - no exercise but drank all my water!!

                  Today - 300 abs!!! 1 hour on the step machine and also 3ltrs of water!!!

                  I'm now collapsed on the bed!!! lol

                  keep up the good work everyone!! you are all doing sooooo well!

                    I have some sort of flu I think, I feel so bad that I havent even felt like getting out of bed let alone doing crunches or cardio..... I plan on making up what Ive missed (or most of it at least) when I feel a little better.
                    Ive been keeping up with the water though and sticking to low carb eating, no cold stuff with sugar (no cough drops are ****).

                    I hope this dosent disqualify me from the challenge Ive done really well up untill now.

                    Does anyone have any tips on surviving a cold or flu on adkins???
