    Hi Cathy

    If you send Jane a PM with ur email address, she will send you a chart to complete your stats every day. Then you send Jane ur completed chart on a sunday and I update the website.
    I still need to add on people that have joined this week. Unfortunately my BF is away for a week and he didnt show me how to do this. I will make sure it is done for next week.


    26 yr 5'2 F
    Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
    On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
    Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
    Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.

        Do you use a website editing program for updates to the site? Did you try just logging on your website provider and seeing if it's there really quick? sometimes you can just "copy" from another page, depending on who your provider is, and the editor they use...

              hi everyone -

              And welcome to Lyssie - I hope this challenge goes as well as your last one - the kickass triathlon was a great challenge! If you just keep posting your activites on here and then I'll collate everything for Angelstar to put on the website. But if you want a chart to help you remember what you've done at home just let me have your email address and I'll forward one to you.

              Dont forget everyone - if you've not posted or pm'd me your measurements and weight then can you let me have them please!! If your on the no-weigh challenge, just let me have your last weight and the date you weighed in!!

              Does anyone else find it harder to drink the water on a weekend?? I find it really easy through the week since I'm sat in an office with a water cooer not 10 meters away from my desk. But weekends being out and about are really hard! Any ideas anyone???

              I managed an hour of exercise on fri and saturday!! I've got blisters on my heals from the boots I had on walking the dog on Saturday!!!! (trainers just didnt go with my outfit!! lol) so I've had to rest today (sunday)!!! hehe

              Keep up the good work everyone - you are all doing great!

                BTW: Is it okay if for my crunches, I do stability ball crunches? I find them easier on my kiester...

                Lie face up on ball and hold medicine ball in both hands. Begin with body draped over the ball, arms extended behind you. Contract the abs to lift upper back off the ball and bring the medicine ball towards your right thigh as you twist to the right, contracting the right side of waist. Repeat for all reps and then switch sides.

                  Jane, I totally agree on the water thing. During the week I can drink 4 litres no problem, but I struggle to drink even 2 at the weekends. I cant think of any ideas, just to keep pushing urself to keep drinking.

                  Cathy - I do sit ups on the ball too as my PT reccommended them so count away!

                      Fri, Sat and Sun i drank 3 ltrs water each day. Over the weekend it took me 3 hours to walk 5 miles. Danced for 3 hours straight at a club does that count as cardio? Can't wait till tomorrow to weigh in.

                        sooo Sunday, I drank my water... and went for what I think was a 15/20 minute run... it was like, 20 degrees outside so BF told me not to spend too much time... bastard. I dunno whether today counts since I guess the week starts Monday-Sunday so I won't be actually starting until tomorrow... oh well. :P

                              Yes Grant its weigh in today!!!

                              Anyone who's on the no weigh challenge, just post at the end of that challenge! And anyone who wants to keep their weight private - then let me know by pm or email.

                              Tracie - yes dancing counts - so long as it was disco dancing and not slow cheek-to-cheek dancing!!! lol I did dancing too on Saturday night!! Some celebrities claim thats how they keep in shape - just dance for an hour a day!!!

                              Angelstar and Cathyjobob - I dont know how you manage to use one of those ball things - I always end up rolling off them, so I steer clear from them in the gym so I dont have people laughing at me trying to balance!! hehe!!
