    So my weigh-in for the week was 197.

    Monday - 45 minutes cardio, 128+oz water, no crunches.
    27/f/5'10"

      Tuesday:
      4 litre water, cup of coffee, herbal tea...still drinking!
      Best time yet on power walking, 2 miles in 22 minutes, it was too easy so I am going to increase the distance to 3 miles and see how it goes.
      Chopping kindling with an axe, 15 minutes.
      45 minutes Ashtanga Yoga.

      No specific ab crunches but did a pilates 100 hold...if it counts

                  For me: 1.5 hours of ballet. I'll count that as cardio.
                  No abs today. =/
                  2.5 liters of water so far. I prolly won't check in later, though... So... yeah.

                          Wendesday 3 litres water already (will drink more probably), 150 abs, 1 hour cardio - 30 min stepper, 30 min "general gymnastics" like leg lifts and some exercises with barbells like:



                          Edited to add: I ended up drinking 6 litres of water! (Grant, did you hear that? )

                            Today - 34 Mins cardio (ellip and bike), 4 litres water, 200 abs

                                Weds - 100 crunches, 45 mins cardio and 3 litres of water.

                                Jane is tucked up in bed with a cold. I hope she gets well soon *hugs*


                                26 yr 5'2 F
                                Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
                                On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
                                Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
                                Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.
