Hello fellow bikini/trunks guys and girlies! Im so proud to see everyone's inch and weightloss. I hope ur feeling better now Christy. I had a cold last week so I know how you feel when u dont wana go to the gym!
Mon and Tues - 3 litres water per day, 45 mins cardio per day and 100 crunches per day.
5 week stats:
Start Weight: 12 stone 7lbs (175lbs) EEeekkkk!!! 14lbs of Xmas Weight!!
5 week weigh in: 11 stone 6lbs (160lbs)
Measurements-
Under arms - was 40 inches - now 38 inches
Chest - was 40.5 inches - now 38.5 inches
Ribcage - was 38 inches now 36.75 inches
Waist - was 36 inches - now 33.5 inches
Hips - was 45 inches - now 43 inches
Thigh - was 25 inches - still 25 inches
Bicep - was 12 inches - still 12 inches
Total of 10.25 inches lost and 15lbs lost.
I didnt change my ticker as I was so embarrassed about my Xmas gain. I went off plan for 2 weeks (which was planned) and I gained a stone, I couldnt believe it but I did stuff my face at every given opportunity and discovered my new favourite sandwich filling - turkey, cranberry sauce and stuffing! But its all gone now and I'm back down to where I started. Time for hardcore weightloss to get to goal now!
We are 1/4 of the way through this challenge, the hot weather will be here b4 we know it and we will want to be showing off our new sexy bodies!
26 yr 5'2 F Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs. On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs. Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs. Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.

Ok, I haven't checked in for a while apparently...
Thursday - 120min cardio, 100abs, water was good
Friday - no cardio, 100abs, water was awful
Saturday - lazy lazy lazy for everything (I only ate once even)
Sunday - even worse than Saturday (I think I had 400cal and 80oz water??)
Monday - yoga (does this count? I don't remember), no abs, water was good
Tuesday - no cardio, no abs, water was good
Ohmygod. I haven't done a tough cardio workout in like, 5 days... besides like, extracurricular activities... Is **** freezing over??

Paris is my fav city in the World!! I try to get there at least once a year!! Its a place you never ever get bored with!!! I just love walking about all day and taking everything in!
