        Rest day
        I tried a recipe from the book 'Low carb gourmet' and can recommend it - the quiche pizza! yummy, I just hope it tastes as good tomorrow, it certainly solved my inexplicable craving for pizza (strange because I only eat pizza once or twice a year)

        Have a great saturday evening, back to exercise tomorrow

                      and a good monday morning to my fellow Bikini / Trunks Challengers. We have hit the 5 weeks mark already. Where does that time fly to?
                      So I'm going to jump right in and post my 5 weeks for this challenge thus far

                      5 weeks into the Bikini Challenge:
                      Upper Chest: 37.5/35.5 = -2
                      Bust: 40/39 = -1
                      Ribcage: 35/33 = -2
                      Waist: 32.5/29 = -3.5
                      Hips: 44/42.5 = -1.5
                      Upper Arm 13.5/12.75 = -3
                      Thigh 25/24 = -2
                      adios to 15 inches
                      weight: 201/196 = -5lbs

                      Don't be shy and remember what we're working hard for everyone, summer is coming

                                I'm not at 5 weeks yet so no measurements at the moment.

                                I am feeling very down today, there is no logic behind it but...
                                I stepped on the scales, no weight lost this week! I wrote all meals down at the time of making them, and was even sad enough to weigh everything.

                                My trousers are looser, my new bra size now comfortable rather than tight, all indications of something happening, especially when...

                                I am now progressing to advanced asanas in Yoga, holding for longer and flexing more, + in one week a 5lb improvement on all weights lifted on my Bowflex, a 12.5% improvement on last week!

                                Now logically that means I may have increased muscle and that is why the blip, but psychologically I feel as if I have failed...sob! :-(

                                Todays exercise done early because I may lack the motivation later, 45 minutes weight training + 100 abs at 40lb resistance.
