Now logically that means I may have increased muscle and that is why the blip, but psychologically I feel as if I have failed...sob! :-(
Todays exercise done early because I may lack the motivation later, 45 minutes weight training + 100 abs at 40lb resistance.

I have weeks like that!! dont get disheartened - once you measure yourself you will be in for a really big surprise!! honestly!! I find I lose inches and not weight all the time!! so as long as my clothes are getting looser I dont really care!! hehe!!

new measurements in the signature. I've FINALLY hit the second goal (thank goodness!!) It took two weeks to lose the 1/2 pound - ugh! I'm sure it'll be awhile for the next goal, but that's okay! I really need to increase my water, I think. I've only been able to get 3 liters in lately. I'm sure that if I up it to 4, it'll help alot!

argh!!
I only lost a pound this week!!
and I worked out everyday!!!!!
but I can notice a difference in my body a little
but it's been hard the past week to control sugar cravings
and overeating impulses

So in total I've lost 3.5 inches which is really good for me!!!!! but since I first measured in October I've lost a total of 14 inches, yet I've not really lost any weight, so I'm really impressed with myself for losing the inches!!
Over the next 5 weeks I'm really going to try and get that waist measurement under 30 inches!!! hehe Thats my aim!!!

Hey everyone. Im still in the challenge Ive just been battling ear infection in both ears and a sinus infection. Im gonna get back on track with the exercising today. Its not time for me to measure yet...3 more weeks.
