3 litres water, 8 cups of herbal tea, 2 coffees, gasping today!

45 minutes weight training, 120 abs at 45lb resistance, planting fruit bushes for 3 hours, walking 35 minutes.

I thought it was a good food day until tonight, I forgot it was our France arrival anniversary, John surprised me with a bottle of wine. We drank it with dinner, but now it has given me the munchies, I will stick to my guns!

                Weekend water Jane?
Of course it helps if you're in a hot climate lol I can understand it must be hard in the tail end of winter I always drink a full 500ml glass (big glass!) as soon as I get into the kitchen in the mornings. And then I always refill that glass and drink it before the hour is up . .from then on it just seems to be drunk easily, but if I get that litre in, in the first hour, the rest of the day falls into place.

Does anyone else find that the more they drink the more they want to drink?

I walked for 45 minutes, 25 min devil machine, 100 crunches, drank 144 oz of water and washed both of my vehicles. How is that for a big guy?

Monday - Rest, Good for the water
Tuesday - 105min cardio, 100 crunches, all my water
Wednesday - 60 min cardio... I'm already 64oz into the water, and it's 10.45, so one would assume I'll finish it.

Yesterday was a very, very great day for me. I got my first award for being excerciser of the week and when I got home I find a treat from the sweetest girl in the whole wide world. I am still on cloud nine.

Anyways excercise was a breeze last night. i did 45 minutes of brisk walking, 27 min cardio, 100 crunches and drank 168oz of water. It was one of the best days I have had in a long time. Thanks to all of you that made it so special.
