ummm... I'm changing the points for weight increase to 3pts/5lbs... I think it'll make it a little easier, it seems like it's a bunch easier to make time faster...

Lyssie, when I was at the gym this weekend, I realized that I had put my HIGHEST weight, not my 12 rep weight. Is this a major problem? The ones in italics are the ones I had wrong. My 12 rep weight is as follows:

            Maximum weight for 12 reps:
            incline bench=20
            pullover=20
            lying rear shoulder raise=5

            hammer curl=15
            leg press=176
            dead lift=20
            calf raises=44

Sorry I'm a dork. I realized why I'd never be able to earn any points--I put the wrong weights down and made myself sound like a shemale bodybuilder.

BUT, I am excited to say, that I did 12 reps, leg press, at 264, an increase of 88 pounds! But unfortunately, I noticed leg press is not listed as one of my exercises...

The site looks very glam by the way. Tres chic!

Ummm.. Honey, we're using max weight, as in, you should be maxing somewhere around 8-10 reps when you move up, if you get 12, that's not a max.. (like Joy's 8 reps at 20lbs as max)... About the things that are counted, I took the first 5 that I had either written, or were listed, since we knocked down the number, if you want them changed, lemme know which ones you want/don't want... and whatever the actual starting weights are for things.

P.S. There's no point in trying to deny that you're a shemale bodybuilder, we all know better.

Hey, Lyssie! I beat my personal bests this morning!

                3 miles: 36:40
                5k: 37:50
4 miles: 50:00 (I actually could have done it a little faster (30 seconds or so), but I already had too many numbers in my head to try to remember, so I slowed down a bit to make it an easy-to-remember even 50!)

I noticed you listed all three for me. Thank you.

Sorry. I changed my pyramid thing to 12/10/8, not 12/12/12. So therein lies the confusion. My max weight are the original ones I had posted, but I'm not doing 12 of my max weight. Got it now. Truthfully, I think I'll just bow out of this weights portion, because I don't think I'll see improvement (in the time that we're doing this challenge) on the exercises that are listed for me. I think if we didn't do weights in Boot Camp and Kickboxing, it might be different...

...I'll still compete with the running portion, though.

Lyssie, I increased my max weight on the following exercises yesterday:

                    incline bench:
                    35 pounds (from 30, +5lb)

                    pullover: 35 pounds (from 30, +5lb)
rear shoulder raise: 15 pounds (from 10, +5lb)
                    hammer curl: 20 pounds (from 15, +5lb)

So that's a 20lb. increase, and at 1 point for every 3 pounds, thats 7 if you're nice, or Miss Jackson (6 points) if you're nasty.
