I was just coming to report an improvement in my time and weights
Just as an FYI, I did 5K today in 35:06
Bicep cable curls 12x60 10x60, 8x60
Tricep cable pull down 12x60, 10x60 8x60 20 lb improvement
Killerups 10 lb improvement from 10 lbs to 20...I'm going to feel these tomorrow
This would have been good for .....
