    Thanks! Though I've been on ADBB a while, this is my first mileage challenge...I'm excited to see if I can meet it!

      Feb: 60min/900min goal

      I road the stationary bike for 45 minutes and walked on the treadmill for 15 minutes on saturday.
      July 1, 2003: 206 hw

          Count me in please! This will be my first challenge on the board so I hope it's not too late...

          I pledge 100 miles for February.
          I don't know exactly how many miles my hike/jog is so I'll just count the stationary bike for now. As soon as I figure out the hike I'll start counting that too.
          I did five on Saturday and five today so please give me 10 miles so far
          Female - Age 30 - 6 feet tall
          Starting weight in June of 2005: 220 lbs size 14/16
          Did my own "diet" and it took me forever to lose.
          -
          Mid-Weight in June of 2006: 196 lbs size 12/14 Decided to get serious and start Atkins on July 15th.

          -
          Weight in January of 2007: 169 lbs size 8
          Goal? To be solid and tight with no flab!

                            I need to leave this challenge for this month. I can't see to do much exercise on induction. I'm assuming it's the low carb. I will join the March challenge when I'm on OWL.
