              5 miles just now.

              A great hike/jog along the ridge in the rain! I love my new trail runners - no slipping on the steep saturated trail
              Female - Age 30 - 6 feet tall
              Starting weight in June of 2005: 220 lbs size 14/16
              Did my own "diet" and it took me forever to lose.
              -
              Mid-Weight in June of 2006: 196 lbs size 12/14 Decided to get serious and start Atkins on July 15th.

              -
              Weight in January of 2007: 169 lbs size 8
              Goal? To be solid and tight with no flab!
