          I ran 1.5 km this morning
          Start day: Jan 7th 07

          SW: 71.5 kilo, CW: 70:eek:, GW: 60 kilo

          Chest (s:105 c:103), under chest (s:83 c:85.5) waist (s:93 c:96), hips (s:104 c:103.5), thighs (s:59 c:58), upper arm (s:36 c:34.5)

          Mileage challenge: this year so far: 91.5
          Abs challenge: this year so far: 895
          Buildings done:
          The Millenium Dome, Clifton Suspension Bridge, Big Ben, Fort Rail Bridge, Scotland, BT tower Birmingham, Blackpool tower

            5 mile hike/jog - with major sprint at the end - HOO YAH!!!
            Female - Age 30 - 6 feet tall
            Starting weight in June of 2005: 220 lbs size 14/16
            Did my own "diet" and it took me forever to lose.

            Mid-Weight in June of 2006: 196 lbs size 12/14 Decided to get serious and start Atkins on July 15th.

            Weight in January of 2007: 169 lbs size 8
            Goal? To be solid and tight with no flab!

                        1.26 for Saturday 2/17. (5.25/15.00)




                        The Nutshell: I'm a 43 yr old grrrrl, 5'4". Married to the best guy I've ever met (besides my Dad), with one very active toddler and I run my own pet sitting business.

                        I lost 4.8 lbs before Atkins. I started Atkins 2/10/07 and have lost 11.2 lbs so far.

                          Sunday, 2/18: 13.1 mile run (1/2 marathon) in a new personal record of 2 hours 29 minutes 55 seconds. That's 24 minutes faster than my 1/2 marathon 13 months ago. Proof positive that consistent training works, even for the GREY MARE.
