      today will be my last post for March. I work 10 hour shifts on the weekend so I dont get to the gym.
      I did 7 miles on the bike this morning!! SEVEN! That's one more! and just because I'm feeling especially motivated (weigh in is 4 days away) I did 1/2 hour of yoga class and 1/2 hour of core training. My a$$ is T-I-R-E-D!!

            I can't believe this is the last day of March! Time went by so quickly. Tomorrow the AMC opens and I hope that I'll see you all there!

                I know what happened to me this month and why I didn't make goal. I was lazy, feeling sad and not feeling worth it. That will NEVER happen again.
                I am worth the effort it takes to make the goals I set for myself - sometimes I won't make them, but at least I try. This time I didn't even try and I am disappointed in myself this month. I started off good, but petered out.
                April I will not only make my goal - I'm going to pass it! Why? Because I AM worth it and so are all of you!! Woooooooo hoooooooo for April!!!!

                Thank you Jimmie for asking what happened because it made me pause and think and its just what I needed.

                  tam, i have no doubt that you will accomplish what you set out to do in April. i've had those months too and it never feels good. it's sometimes hard to get it all going forward again but once you get started, it's well worth it!

                          4 mile run for today please!

                          I think if I would have hopped on the bike today I could have made my goal...but instead I decided to keep up with my running schedule and do 4 miles instead. Now that I'm doing more running (I only did about 40 miles of biking this month, about 15 walking, about 6 on elliptical, and all the rest is RUNNING!) I'll set my monthly goal for April a bit lower to accomidate that, I think...

                          This is the first time since October I haven't met my goal. I'll definitely make my goal for April!

                            So I think I actually made it!!!

                            And not a lot was it, but still very hard to do!
