Usually I just add my miles when I update....today I am proud of myself and would like to share, so I am posting my miles!
I did my 5 WATP miles and ta daaaaaaaa 2 miles on my new exercise bike!
I still need to figure out the control panel - but I am excited. My little goal for me is 2 miles on the bike a day until I get used to it and then when I am ready I'll up it.
I know this will help me melt my cocoon!
