    I thought I would be doing 3 miles 6 days a week. I think I'm going to be pushing it do complete an average of 2 miles a day 5 times a week. Is it too late to change my mileage to 44 miles instead of 88?

      i'd say just keep your goal! that's the whole point of a challenge .... to push yourself a little bit and see if you can do it. it helps to keep you honest and on track too. i'm sure tam will accomodate you if that's what you really want, but give it some thought and see how close you can come.

      sidenote: one month i had stated i would 160 and i had to work my butt off towards the end of the month to get it in but i did it and i have every faith that you could do it too.

              Hi everyone! I'm an ex football guy, and I'd like to get in on the challenge. I have been doing gazelle and elliptical everyday and getting around 3miles in. So, I'll shoot for at least 15 miles for 4 weeks (around 60 miles!).

                Hey Tam, I ran 2.2 yesterday and my siggy reflects the right numbers for me, just in case I have not reported in...truthfully I've not gotten alot done, so this should be easy to double check!

                            March 9-2 miles.

                            Okay-Jimmie. I was thinking about it and this may backfire on me but if the weather turns warmer I will have a lot more time to be outside walking with my baby, right now we are in subzero freeze in upstate NY-but its supposed to turn.

                              f2f, I agree with Jimmie! I would keep the original goal, I myself was having doubts about being able to reach my 80 mile goal by the end of the month but I decided to leave it as it was and do everything I could to meet it. I see that the weather is super cold in NYand you're not able to get outside much, you should consider the Walk Away The Pounds videos. I use these along with walking outdoors, they are just as good as wallking outside. I work up a sweat when I use them. They are available in 1-5 mile walks.
